Japanese-speaking VTuber Project Director (Ref:MI44828)
An IT company in London is looking for a Japanese-speaking IP - VTuber Project Director.

You will be involved in setting up a new European VTuber business, starting in the UK.

Understanding of Japanese culture and business level Japanese would be advantageous.

SALARY:
£48K depending on experience


START:

ASAP

LOCATION:
London (Office base only)


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Planning and design of the VTuber business as a whole
  • Character planning and production supervision
  • Planning and production supervision of content for distribution
  • Scenario planning
  • Event planning and design, supervision of implementation
  • Liaising with directors on the Japanese side

IDEAL CANDIDATE:


  • At least five years' experience in a work environment
  • Experience as a director of TV, YouTube, or other programme planning and production
  • Experience as a talent manager or project manager for animation, games, or other IP development
  • Experience and skills in scheduling, production management, managing schedules and production progression
  • Business level English and Japanese language skills
  • Knowledge in using tools such as Google and general IT literacy
  • Experience in department management, working in the animation industry, and talent management
  • Experience in influencer business such as YouTubers, working in the animation industry, and talent management
  • The ability to view things from a business perspective
  • Those who can consider from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives
