The Role


At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we can't do that without our specialist teams.


This time, we're on the lookout for a Store Manager to work with the General Manager and the Team in our Flagship store on Jermyn Street.


What you will be doing
As the Store Manager of our Flagship, your role will be fully cross-functional. This role will hold responsibility for the shop floor on all levels and the back of house operations.

You will manage and develop the store teams to exceed KPIs and sales through strong leadership, ultimately influencing the Flagship's commercial performance.

This role will be the primary liaison in ensuring CT's exceptional customer experience and will exercise best practices in controlling the store's operations, people management and development, store profiling, costs, and compliance whilst keeping our company values at the heart of your approach.

This role reports to the General Manager whilst the store team will report to you. Across the business, you'll build strong relationships with your peers and Head Office departments.

You'll also recruit, develop and retain high calibre staff that reflect the Charles Tyrwhitt brand, establishing Jermyn Street as a centre of excellence whilst proactively developing future talent for the wider business.


What we are looking for
Practised and structured experience of managing a high performing team of 20 staff will be beneficial for this role.

Excellent customer service and relationship building skills with customers and stakeholders.

Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to maintain a long-term vision.


A highly commercial approach with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills to influence, persuade and negotiate at varied levels within and outside the company.
