Our client in London requires a Temp-Perm General Office Assistant to deliver an efficient service working across reprographic, finishing and post.
exceptional customer service skills and can
work well using their own initiative. The client is particularly interested in
support their progression in the role.
- Operating equipment in all areas of production such as scanning, printing, photocopying and finishing
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Booking and arranging couriers as required
- Ensure all documentation is organised in the electronic filing system
- Monitoring and ordering stationery supplies
- Regularly checking MFD's for printer jams, replenishing paper and toners
- Work within a clientfacing work environment, where customer service is the highest priority
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard
- Follow and adhere to all health & safety policies
Ideally you will have:
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills and have a positive attitude
- PC literate
- MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideally worked in a corporate environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
