Position:
Year 6 SEN Support

Location:
Primary School in Kilburn, Brent.

Supporting a child in Year 6 with EHCP plans. You will be sharing the responsibility with the class teacher and other Learning Support Assistants. Having prior experience with Year 6 would be useful.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children with challenging behaviour, preferably in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of behavioural interventions and strategies.
Ability to provide firm and consistent boundaries while demonstrating empathy and care.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Sensitivity to the needs of children who have experienced trauma.
