Description
This is a new exciting role working for a luxury e-commerce business, that has been established for over 20 yearsoffering fantastic opportunities for a driven and enthusiastic individual who has a passion in B2B sales, Customer service and Marketing.
Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.Salary £25,000 per annum.
Duties will include:
- Answering calls with customer queries
- Monitoring and replying to company reviews
- Handling social media enquiries
- Communication with social influencers
- General administrative tasks
- Sending mailers to clients
- Dealing with any order queries and recording transactions
- Recording daily returns and completing paperwork for the accounts department
- B2B sales support
This is a very high-end company and therefore your communication style verbally and non-verbally must be articulate, stylish, and confident.
