Description

As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the billing process for our telecom services, ensuring precision and promptness in invoicing, addressing billing discrepancies, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities of a Billing Coordinator:
Your main duties will include but not limited to:

  • Process daily CDRs from supplier portals and seamlessly integrate them into the billing system.
  • Address rejections on the billing platform to ensure accurate passing of charges onto customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of charge queries, conduct billing checks, and perform related activities.

Skills and Experience:


As a Billing Coordinator, you should possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year of billing experience (preferably in telecoms or finance).
  • Proficiency in Abillity/Union Street is a requirement
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a customercentric attitude.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that elevate the customer experience.
