Description

The post holder will specifically work, as part of a Health Improvement team, supporting staff wellbeing within the workplace setting, with a wide range of partners and employers across Grampian.

Also, the post holder will help target priority industry sectors of business to engage with more vulnerable workforces to reduce health inequalities and develop health at work interventions to meet local needs.

The post holder will also have some responsibility for supporting a broad portfolio of health improvement work in line with Scottish Government's Fair Work, Healthy Working Lives strategy and Health Improvement priorities.

This role will also involve training delivery to workplace clients and support the broad health improvement agenda within all types of workplaces.

Training delivery includes mental health and other priority topics, policy development to meet health and work standards and Fair Work priorities.

The post holder will work with colleagues and partners across Grampian to co-ordinate, develop, deliver and evaluate health improvement programmes which reduce health inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of the population of Grampian.
