Group1 Bedford is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor.

Your role
A large part of the Bodyshop Advisor position involves:

Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle repair orders.
Maintaining and updating our customer database.
Agreeing repair requirements with customers and arrange bookings into the bodyshop.
Managing loan car use.
Liaising with customers and insurance companies as required.
Controlling credit on outstanding debts.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Your profile
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Strong teamwork skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Confident and professional communication skills.
