£59,000-£70,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join a team where your expertise will be valued as my client are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to assist and influence their technical direction alongside creating, reviewingand maintaining code to the highest standard.

You will also help mentor junior members of the team.

Essential skills-:

Experience working with JavaScript, Python and Django
A strong track record leading a frontend team setting technical standards and establishing direction to deliver high quality, accessible and userfocused digital services.
Demonstrable experience of building interfaces that follow the principle of progressive enhancement
Strong communication skills with the ability to present/explain technical ideas or guidance to diverse audiences
Extensive specialist knowledge in the fundamental frontend technologies
HTML, CSS (including preprocessors such as SASS)

The Role will include-:

Take the professional lead for the frontend development and maintenance of digital services
Define and embed frontend development standards (used across the whole organisation and relied upon by external agencies)
Influence and mentor frontend developers and other members of the team
Embrace Agile working practices, refine the development processes, influence decisions and maintain high levels of motivation and performance across the teams.
