Description
Role responsibilities:
- Document and communicate Business Requirements and processes to a variety of audiences; senior business stakeholders, peers within IT & Procurement and suppliers.
- Consulting with and representing and involving the customer i.e. end users and senior management, in order to deliver a solution specification that meets the business need.
- Development of Business Case to describe the business problem, proposed solution and financial/business justification for outlay.
- Participate in the procurement led tender process in identifying and engaging with potential suppliers.
- Participate as needed as a Project Team member in design and delivery of an implementation that achieves requirements and business priorities.
- Work with individual departments or specific business functions both operational and backoffice to perform SWOT analysis.
- Oversee, including some project management, changes in order that they are delivered to specification and on time.

- Degree Educated: Preferably BA/BSc in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis/Analytics, Business & IT, Computer Science or similar.
Desirable:
- Any BCS qualifications in Business Analysis or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in Procurement, Tendering and Solution Evaluation
- Requirements Lifecycle Management
- Business case development
- Supplier management
- Business Intelligence and data analytics
- Good understanding of and appreciation for mathematics and statistics
- Technically confident with experience of databases, data modelling and analysis
