Role responsibilities:


  • Document and communicate Business Requirements and processes to a variety of audiences; senior business stakeholders, peers within IT & Procurement and suppliers.
  • Consulting with and representing and involving the customer i.e. end users and senior management, in order to deliver a solution specification that meets the business need.
  • Development of Business Case to describe the business problem, proposed solution and financial/business justification for outlay.
  • Participate in the procurement led tender process in identifying and engaging with potential suppliers.
  • Participate as needed as a Project Team member in design and delivery of an implementation that achieves requirements and business priorities.
  • Work with individual departments or specific business functions both operational and backoffice to perform SWOT analysis.
  • Oversee, including some project management, changes in order that they are delivered to specification and on time.
- +3 years' experience of working in Business Analysis

  • Degree Educated: Preferably BA/BSc in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis/Analytics, Business & IT, Computer Science or similar.

Desirable:


  • Any BCS qualifications in Business Analysis or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience in Procurement, Tendering and Solution Evaluation
  • Requirements Lifecycle Management

  • Business Intelligence and data analytics
  • Good understanding of and appreciation for mathematics and statistics
  • Technically confident with experience of databases, data modelling and analysis
