The Role of the Desk-Based Building Surveyor:

Joining the company as a Desk-Based Building Surveyor, you will be providing a vital service between in-house colleagues, insurers, and field-based trades professionals.

You will be compiling material costs, survey summaries and project costs.

You will essentiallybe managing small projects remotely, keeping up to date with timescales, work quality, issues and raising invoices as appropriate.

You'll also be liaising with policy holders, so strong customer service skills are essential.
