Description
To take responsibility for diagnostic fault finding, problem solving and repairand maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

To undertakeservicing and installation of equipment and systems within the Trust and inother properties maintained by the Maintenance Department as directed.

Partake in the installation of services through small or capital worksprogrammes To set out new work or set up new production appropriate to his/her original trade using relevant instruments and machinery without supervision.

This may include the manufacture, assembly, erection and installation of new work using own initiative, experience and judgement.

Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings and specifications appropriate to their trade without supervision.
