Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

  • As an Account Opening Centre Consultant, you'll initially join a 5week induction with our friendly training and development team. You'll learn our processes and gain confidence.

  • You'll need experience of speaking to customers and have a compassion and a desire to do the right thing for them. Performing standard administrative data processing tasks & carrying out simple procedural tasks to support management of external client relationships.
  • Receive and screen customers, callers and other sources of communications, answer routine questions, provides information or direct requests elsewhere as appropriate; act on behalf of the principal by contacting internal and external sources to convey requests, provide instructions or obtain information.

What you'll need

  • In this Telephony Based Role, you'll put your customers first taking ownership of their queries, building rapport quickly and providing the highest level of customer experience.
  • You'll learn to act with skill and diligence treating customers sensitively and professionally caring about helping them in the best way possible.
  • You'll possess good attention to detail also grow the confidence to spot and call out areas we can improve our customers' journey and experiences.
  • And you'll be equally able to resolve queries over the phone or on a PC.
