XPS Administration is experiencing high growth and we are now looking to hire a Payroll Administrator to join our vibrant Newcastle office with hybrid working.

The role:

As a payroll administrator with XPS you will

  • Carry out standard and nonstandard payroll tasks in a timely manner
  • Take responsibility the data entry tasks and activities
  • Communicate clearly with Pension Administration team members
  • Provide support to senior colleagues
  • Be a team player
  • Be proactive

Your profile:


We are looking for payroll administrator with experience of data entry who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth.

This role requires

  • Data input experience
  • Experience dealing with high volumes of work
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and independently
  • Experience in a payroll function is desired, but this is not essential
