Duties:

Supervised Visitation:
Facilitate and monitor visitation sessions between children and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of each visit, documenting observations and interactions to inform case planning.

Communication:

Collaborate with caseworkers, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination in the best interest of the family.


Supportive Approach:
Provide emotional support to families during visits, promoting a positive atmosphere for healthy interactions.

Adherence to Policies:
Strictly adhere to agency policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

Qualifications and Skills

Health and social qualification or equivalent

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle potentially challenging situations.

Good organisational and documentation skills.

Willingness to undergo relevant training and supervision.
