Customer Service Advisor

Bridgend

Salary - £20k - £22k DOE

Full Time - Monday to Friday either 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm with 1hour for lunch

Our client is a leading general insurer and financial services company in Bridgend and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Essential Skills:

Previous customer service experience
Insurance experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent / Confident telephone manner

Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional administrative support
Handle enquiries, paperwork, sales tasks and potentially some bookkeeping admin with a 'cando' proactive enthusiasm.
