Talent Specialist - Hybrid Working, 2 days office based

Role Purpose


Supporting our recruitment function on an initia
l 12 month contract, you will form a pivotal frontline position, highlighting, engaging and attracting talent into the Chetwood Financial environment.


Having a solid understanding of what it's like to work in a fast paced, reactive organisation whilst maintaining motivation, passion and drive will be required to fulfill this role to it's full potential.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting our recruitment function with talent attraction across multiple divisions at all levels of hire
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company, highlighting Chetwood as an employer of choice locally, regionally and in the FinTech space
  • Assist with building a talent pipeline utilising our ATS
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and supporting them through the recruitment process
  • Assist with building job descriptions and advert campaign compilation
  • Organising and arranging interviews and assessment centres
  • Build relationships with selected recruitment partners, relaying feedback and coordinating interviews
  • Continuously build knowledge of the FinTech sector both internally and externally, including technical stack and skillsets required for each role
  • Constantly keep track of the competition in the market and industry trends
  • Support with talent programmes including Apprenticeship programmes and Graduate schemes.

  • A solid relationship builder, able to converse at all levels
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, cando attitude
  • Keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent attraction
  • Strong grammatical skills, able to use professional, yet creative language to attract attention
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to work multiple roles simultaneously
  • Ability to work accurately at pace
  • IT literate, with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to show initiative and work on projects individually when required
