HRBP| Leicestershire | Up to £26 per hour | 90% remote working

Macildowie is incredibly excited to be working
EXCLUSIVELY with an education organisational based in Leicestershire to appoint a HRBP for an initial period of six months.

The role is very strategic in nature and include a whole host of exciting projects and opportunities to get involved to really help shape the business.

This role is a true people partner role where you will be a strategic partner, a leader, an expert andtrusted advisor on both people and business decisions.

The role is paying up to
£26 per hour and offers real flexibility in terms of how often you are in the office and the hours you work.

Key duties might include:

Provide HR Leadership to designated areas of the organisation
Guide managers and leaders through restructures and job evaluations
Support in the development of strategic and operational plans
Build strong customer relationships with senior leaders and stake holders
Develop and analyse quantitate and qualitative data to help inform organisational decision making
Coach leaders to help empower them to make decisions
Drive projects from creation to completion
Drive and coach leaders to develop effective organisational change
Challenge stake holders with factual arguments to ensure effective outcomes
Public sector experience
Experience in change management
Evidence of problem solving with the business needs at the forefront of their minds
Experience in developing business plans
Experience working with data and good technical knowledge of HR Systems
