Salary from £22,000 - Pro-Rata (FT or PT)

Your Role

This role is Part-Time, however if you would like to be Full Time Role, we will make this a dual-role where you will assist the legal team on administrative duties.

Duties

Answer inbound phone calls from our clients and dealing with their queries.
Dealing with customer complaints effectively and supporting the client efficiently to get this resolved.
To chase clients via phone when required to ensure signatures are valid on all documentation.
Being the first point of contact on any cancellations that occur from the sales team

Experience

Experience in previous roles within Solicitors/Legal Firm desirable particularly private client
Have empathy for clients, be patient and have good attention to detail
Previous experience with customer service is a must.
