About Our Client:
The client is a charity.
Key EA responsibilities-
- Full coordination for meetings including; preparation and minutetaking for internal and external in person and virtual meetings, including coordinating attendances, booking and preparing rooms, arranging catering.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- To plan, coordinate and book meetings
- To act as a first point of contact for the Exec Director for all Admin tasks
- To organise and prioritise diary appointments and proactively maintain diaries and calendars
The Successful Applicant:
- Significant previous experience of providing senior executive support
- Previous experience of coordinating meeting agendas, minute taking and related skills
- Highlydeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
- Good at problemsolving in the dissemination of information, the logistics of travel and organising meetings and events, and managing multiple diaries
