About Our Client:

The client is a charity.


Key EA responsibilities-

  • Full coordination for meetings including; preparation and minutetaking for internal and external in person and virtual meetings, including coordinating attendances, booking and preparing rooms, arranging catering.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • To plan, coordinate and book meetings
  • To act as a first point of contact for the Exec Director for all Admin tasks
  • To organise and prioritise diary appointments and proactively maintain diaries and calendars

The Successful Applicant:


  • Significant previous experience of providing senior executive support
  • Previous experience of coordinating meeting agendas, minute taking and related skills
  • Highlydeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good at problemsolving in the dissemination of information, the logistics of travel and organising meetings and events, and managing multiple diaries

What's on Offer:


The EA will receive-

  • Full time Permanent position
- £30,800 + £4,000 LW per annum

  • Hybrid working
(London waterloo)
