We are looking for an organised and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our client based in Abingdon or Essex.

Contract: 2 Month Contract


Location:
Hybrid - Office based in Abingdon

Hours: 35 hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm


Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist:


  • Meet all turnaround times, targets and quality targets set by Manager
  • Review assigned work for accuracy and obtain any missing information
  • Enter new contracts in appropriate systems
  • Set up new accounts and perform necessary maintenance to change or correct address information, manage a set group of calculations, reconciliations as needed and data updates on systems and with relevant departments if applicable
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Previous Customer Service experience, minimum of one year preferably in an office
  • Creative thinking ability with proven problemsolving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Great attention for detail, maintaining accuracy and speed
  • The ability to work under pressure to deadlines with mínimal supervision
  • A team player, building good working relationships and retaining a positive attitude towards your work and colleagues
