The Insurance Advisor for easyJet holidays takes on a multifaceted role, serving as a liaison for the Insurance team by addressing various insurance related queries.

Responsibilities include supporting the claims handling process, triaging and assigning claims, preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
The role extends to facilitating the annual insurance renewal program, involving data gathering, interaction with brokers, and report compilation.

Additionally, the advisor assists in managing incidents, reconciling payments to claims handling suppliers, analysing supplier performance, and participating in forums.

The position contributes to departmental procedures, internal engagement plans, and the development of relationships with insurance-related entities.

Ensuring integrity and sensitivity, the advisor supports the Claims Manager in improving the effectiveness of claims while maintaining a balance between offsetting liability and fair treatment of customers and employees.

To do this role you need to be an energetic and motivated self-starter, equipped with strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills and a knack for multitasking.

Infused with integrity and professionalism, you will thrive on delivering results with enthusiasm, teamwork, and a structured approach. You will have strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills, complemented by a high degree of literacy and numeracy.


You will have the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player, recognising the significance of cultivating strong relationships and effectively collaborating with stakeholders in our dynamic work environment.

Holding a keen eye for detail and innovative thinking, you will bring dynamic energy to meet deadlines and suggest alternative approaches that add value to the business.

While experience in insurance, claims, and risk management is advantageous, your adaptability and willingness to learn make you a valuable asset, with or without formal qualifications in the field.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full-time role will be based in Luton across our two offices - Hangar 89 and Capability Green.

We are hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office and will be 40 hours per week.

Occasional travel into London is required and possible trips abroad with easyJet Holiday's.
