Description

They are looking for someone with solid DM experience within a Local Authority and ideally you will have gained some experience of presenting cases to planning committee.

You will need to be comfortable managing a fluctuating but often busy workload.

This is an excellent role for an established DM Planning Officer looking to progress and take on more responsibility.

Our client is based in SE London and will offer a rate of £40-£45/hr.

The initial role will be offered for 6 months but is fully expected to extend so they are looking for someone who is invested in a long term contract.

Hybrid working available.
