In this key role, you will manage the due diligence process of both new and existing clients boarding to our systems.
Also working with Compliance, DP and other departments to confirm updated requirements and reflect these within the procedures of the team.
Reporting and management of boarding stats and dealing with risks and issues that arise.What you'll do:
- Management of the Sales Pipeline
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), quality checking completed KYC/AML files in required SLAs
- Tracking and review of antifinancial crime regulatory risk assessments
- Produce MI/reporting on quality and productivity statistics on an ongoing basis
- Create and maintain quality checklists and learning logs to drive continuous improvements across ongoing KYC programmes
- Identify underlying trends and systemic quality issues that may arise, in a timely fashion, and proactively contribute to programme planning and strategy sessions
- Communicate with clients where required.
- Other additional duties as can be reasonably required to fulfil the role
What experience you need:
- Good knowledge of CDD/KYC/AML
- Good knowledge of financial crime regulations.
- Good knowledge of Complex structures and Trusts
- Strong presentation skills
- Working knowledge of financial crime compliance.
- Good technical as well as interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of seniority
