With various office locations they seek an experienced Client Account Manager ( IFA Support ) to join their team as businessexpands and client growth.

LOCATION - Caerphilly office based with hybrid options

Summary of main responsibilities and activities

Manage your workload to make sure that it is appropriately prioritised
Interaction with clients and providers to collect and collate information in respect of enquiries, alterations and ongoing reviews
Management of the review schedule and preparation of client review documents
Prepare documentation for client review meetings and arrange review meetings
Provide information to clients and providers on an ongoing basis in respect of current policies and arrangements
Check all documentation for accuracy before issuing to clients or appropriate parties
Debt management work to ensure fees are collected and allocated appropriately and keep the Head of Wealth Management informed of any current, potential or perceived problems with bad debts
Assist the Finance Team with any accounting queries, the allocation of cash received and settlement of accounts
Maintain accurate client and prospect records at all times
Build good working relationships with insurers, clients and prospects
Assist colleagues in the completion of their duties

Experience required

Experience working within an IFA environment
Proven exposure within Financial Services Admin support
Industry recognised qualifications would be preferred i.e. Level 4 Diploma/ working towards
Excellent IT skills
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
Clear communication skills
