The Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is a specialist provider of complex mental health services, providing clinical excellence in our eating disorders, adolescent, rehabilitation and PICU services.


The role will include:
Processing invoices through Aspire

Ensuring payments for external contracts are made ontime

Ensuring costs are charged to appropriate codes across the hospital departments and

appropriate authorisation is sought at different levels.

Completing and Managing Month End Accounts

Managing petty cash and patient monies

Coffee shop banking

Liaise regularly with the central accounts team

Liaise regularly with suppliers

Complete weekly reports

Reporting on SDN and associated costs

About You

Good standard of general education with a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

Although some basic mathematical skills would be an advantage the role is primarily

an administrative one and so no knowledge of formal accounting is necessary

Competent in the use of software including Microsoft Office

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong time management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task,

and able to respond creatively and flexibly to time sensitive issues and challenging

situations
