Consilium are delighted to be supporting Technoset, part of Technogroup, a rapidly growing precision machining business supporting a diverse range of sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Industrial and equipment manufacturing.

They are seekinga Business Administrator due to expansion.

Commutable from:
Rugby, Daventry, Coventry, Lutterworth, Southam

Salary:
£ 20,380 - £ 27,275 p.a. + Excellent Benefits including pension and monthly bonus

The Role

The Business Administrator will support this rapidly growing company with the input of data and orders into the business systems which tracks production progress and stock levels.

You will support accurate record, ordering of parts, materials and consumablesfor the business and coordinate updates across the business.

The Business Administrator will operate within the factory working across all the production and purchasing areas, supporting accurate stock record management and the effective organisation of any related notes and information for the work.

The Person

The Business Administrator will possess previous admin experience ideally developed within a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing or supply chain.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook in addition to using companywidestock and order tracking systems.

You will be numerate and able to communicate well in written and spoken format and build good relationships with the factory teams.

The Business Administrator will also ideally have some experience of purchasing raw materials, consumables, and parts for a business. Full training will be provided on the specific products at Technoset and the business offers excellent ongoing progressionand development. This is a site-based role on Monday to Thursday with the option for remote working on Fridays.
