The environment and recycling are something we are passionate about in
Waste Services. We need a dynamic and focused, full time, permanent
Contracts and Performance Assistant with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail to support our
Waste Services team.



About the role:


As a
Contracts and Performance Assistant, you will manage the
Waste Data Information System (iwdms) and work in partnership with a range of teams across the Council ensuring records are accurate with meticulous attention to detail.

We expect you to be highly computer literate, have significant expertise in system management, data analysis and reporting and confident in monitoring and maintaining records.


About you:


As you would expect using data analysis tools such as MS Excel, and SQL coupled with detailed knowledge of spreadsheets is essential.

You will need to be proactive and able to effectively manage conflicting deadlines and be adaptable when priorities change. You will be solutions focussed able to think on your feet working with colleagues to resolve problems.


About the team:


Well,
Lincolnshire County Council employs around 5,500 people across the county, so, lets just stick with who your usual colleagues are.

You will be part of the Waste Services team that deliver a multitude of services and sits within the wider
Place Directorate.


We have a really positive team culture and are constantly talking to each other even though some of the team are office based or working from home.

We get together regularly at team meetings and other ad-hoc opportunities so you will be well supported as a member of the team by colleagues who have your best interests at heart.

We catch up outside of work too, but our social outings are not mandatory but we do want you to feel that you are the part of the team and join us if you can, no pressure.
