Description

As a Services Lead for Performance and Operational Delivery, you will have the opportunity to add value to a growing team, by bringing data together to improve the passenger and colleague experience.

This exciting role will be focused on the colleague and balancing the demands of the Operation, Operational Planning, Training, Finance and the needs of the Colleague to ensure our colleagues are looked after and have the tools to do their job.

The role will enable you to work with cross-functional teams to monitor, define and translate data into key measures that will enable stakeholders to make decisions with the goal to improve colleague performance.


Your role will involve:


  • Communicating plans and performance metrics to the Operation and Services Management teams.
  • Reviewing and presenting the outputs of all operational reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Attending and contributing to various internal and external forums.
  • Defining supplier and resource requirements to meet demand and expectations.
  • Continuously planning and reviewing processes to support the team in delivering a robust and efficient operation.
  • Providing functional oversight and governance for our colleague priorities.

These skills are essential:


  • The ability to analyse, interpret and communicate data sets to a variety of audiences.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
  • A good level of data literacy, able to use excel (or other software) to analyse data.
  • Drive to learn and develop, and a willingness to try different approaches.
  • Experience in a business or operational planning environment with conflicting priorities.
  • Broad, transferable knowledge of a wide range of operational business systems.
