Based in Clydebank, our Fabulous #TeamAilsa are on the lookout for a reliable, patient and upbeat *female colleague with a calm nature to join them as a
Support Practitioner.



The Role


Through tailored care plans, our friendly team support 4 ladies with various learning disabilities to live in their own home where they can achieve their individual goals and live their best life.

This role involves supporting people in their day to day lives, including housework, personal care, making meals and attending appointments.

As a Support Practitioners we'll need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines.


There's never a dull moment here as the ladies enjoy an active and social life, from knitting to dance classes and going to the theatre.

Another favourite of their pastimes is going out and about in their cars for day trips, the ladies particularly enjoy going to Largs, Loch Lomond and Oban as well as runs around the local area.


As the ladies have their own mobility cars, it is essential you hold a full UK, manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year experience driving.

About You


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful.

We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too


All we'll need you to bring is;

  • Full UK, driving licence
  • A caring and compassionate attitude.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Confidence in the use of technology.

Shift Pattern


Our team are dedicated to providing tailored care 24/7 to the ladies they support and include mornings, afternoons and late evenings.
