Job Description:

In this role, you will be a part of Imaging Projects Team contributing to Imaging Projects Portal. The position involves working across multiple and varied BAU & Project based initiatives. You will be required to support other business units with assistance, advice and help deliver core and non-core opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Work within Imaging Projects function across standard and nonstandard opportunities, projects and developments
  • Contribute to the overall project plan milestones and delivery dates
  • Highlight quality concerns, risks and issues, raising with the relevant project manager and where necessary provide advice on resolutions and improvements
  • Ensure that the service requirements can be met. If outside of current capabilities this should be escalated immediately to the Project Owner
  • Create and manage any internal and/or customer facing Imaging documents required for project work
  • Plan best practices processes for new projects whilst simultaneously working to develop and improve processes for existing projects and BAU work
  • Release projects to standard business practise
  • Support cross function initiatives
  • Delivering Imaging feedback that is in line with core imaging strategy

Qualifications:


  • Degree level graduate and max. 2 years of work experience in operations workflow/project role
  • Able to communicate eloquently issues, resolutions and feedback both with internal and externa stakeholders (also Clevel)
  • Able to highlight potential issues/resolutions and escalate accordingly across all functions
  • Understanding of imaging processes and competent working with industry imaging software
  • Works on own initiative without guidance
  • Time and project management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Mature attitude with the ability to cope well under pressure
