Job Title:
Business Analyst


Salary:
up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location:
remote but may need to be onsite in Cambridgeshire once a month

A very exciting Financial Client who embarking on a large change and transformation programme are looking for a Business Analyst to take lead on assessing a number of processes and policies within the business and also assist with designing and creating somefrom scratch.


Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:


  • Assess a large number of internal processes and create plans around how they can be improved
  • Become deeply familiar with FCA's Consumer Duty Team and ensure the business is complying with its requirements and standards and suggest alternative sources or methods where appropriate
  • Gather data from multiple sources for analysis to complete assessments and
  • Manage all documentation and ensure record keeping, filling and evidence for Consumer Duty and Fair Value Assessments are comprehensive and accurate

Essential Skills for theBusiness Analyst:

The successful Business Analyst will have experience with the following:

  • Operated as a Business Analyst
  • Agile
  • Stakeholder management & strong ability to communicate with a variety of internal teams
  • Documentation
  • Awareness of the importance of risk management & data analysis
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills for theBusiness Analyst:

It will be beneficial if you have experience or knowledge of any of the below:

  • Any relevant certifications
  • CRM projects
  • Financial Services
