Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Practitioner to join well-established multidisciplinary falls service.

The service operates on a 7 day working pattern and there would be an expectation to contribute towards a 7 day working pattern including some public holidays.

The team visits patients in their own homes in the geographical area of Hull and ER, we provide hollistic assessment and intervention for patients who have fallen.

It is essential that you are able to commute effectively across the Hull and ER geographical area.
