Description

Oversee, in collaboration with wider People Services team the development and maintenance of an effective attraction and recruitment strategy, providing leadership to all resourcing campaigns, whether large scale recruitment or bespoke approaches to meet specific needs that includes the use of social media to promote the Partnership.

Work with Learning and Organisational Development to inform, design and develop career development pathways that support new workforce models to meet clinical or service strategy plans.

To monitor and drive improvements in response to customer feedback.

Review recruitment incentives as appropriate in liaison with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders across the pan London area, in light of changing requirements and labour market conditions.


Work with key HR/OD colleagues and managers across the Partnership to deliver plans to reduce agency usage and improve the take up of bank and substantive positions.

Provide specialist and expert resourcing advice, where no precedent exists, which involves high concentration to undertake the analysis, interpretation and resolution of highly complex concepts and problems, that requires the evaluation of a range of options/factors in order to achieve organisational objectives and goals
