About The Role:

Foxtons are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Capital Markets team for our recently formed Investment and Development Consultancy office, which sits as part of the 60+ strong New Homes & Investments team.

Working within our expanding multidisciplinary IDC team, you will be responsible for the identification, instruction and sale of on and off-market investment opportunities to new and existing clients including some of the largest house builders, Build to rent operators, SME's, family offices and property funds in the industry.

As an Investment & Land Broker at Foxtons, you will gather information and leads through various sources including Landinsight, interviewing landowners and their agents, researching land registry records and planning registers.

The Role

Actively identifying new land opportunities and keeping an accurate record of these.
To create and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Identifying and Winning new business
Dealing with enquiries and gathering and generating offers

About You:

What You Need

At least 12 months relevant experience within the market.
Proactive and good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Land Insight, Council Planning Portals and other software which can be utilised to identify potential opportunities.
Excellent communication skills.
