Description

Focused Recruitment are currently recruiting a number of Production Operatives to work for a highly respected, long established manufacturer in the Bridgend area.

The company offer a great working environment, full time hours, permanent contracts and good industry training.

**Hours of work: **Monday to Thursday - 3pm to 12am
Friday's - 11pm to 4pm.

Duties will include:

Operating a range of production machinery and equipment across the production and manufacturing areas
Working process driven environment working to targets and KPI's
Loading and unloading of product to and from production machinery.
Packing and final inspection of product
Wrapping, banding and palletising of finalised product.
Able to work to targets/KPI's & schedules.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Previous relevant manufacturing /production/warehouse experience.
Knowledge of health and safety in the work place.
