Apprentice Property Administrator
Full time (37 hours)

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for providing administrative support within the property team.
- To provide administrative support where required. Such support will include but will not be limited to programme improvement, response and repairs, kitchens and bathrooms, voids, compliance, lifeline and cyclical maintenance programmes.
- Raising purchase orders and checking, processing and paying invoices
- Updating computer databases such as QL, Orchard and inhouse systems for areas such as orders, customer contact, complaints, ordering, invoicing or work scheduling
- Saving down completed Certificates, Surveys and Worksheets
- To work with and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet/exceed KPI's
- Dealing with telephone enquiries efficient and effectively on behalf of the company, processing any actions as required.
- The ability to think ahead, spot opportunities and take appropriate action.
- To accept the need for flexibility and be willing to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations.
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good experience of telephony systems such as Teams and Skype
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of QL housing system along with the ability to manage purchase ordering within this system
