My client a multi-award-winning independent estate agency is currently looking for a sales and lettings negotiator in the South London area.

Working hours:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work full time

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basis salary of up to £26,000
Unlimited commission
Half day off in lieu if you work Saturday

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings negotiator role you must have the following:

2 years experience in sales or lettings
Clean driving license
Hardworking and positive attitude

As a Sales and Lettings negotiator your role will involve the following:

Negotiating offers
Dealing with Vendors and Purchasers
Dealing with Landlords and tenants
Arranging and conducting viewings
