Description
Our client is a prestigious establishment in central Cambridge.

Due to an internal restructure, they are now looking for a proactive and organised Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.


Main duties will include:

Working closely with HR Advisor and Health & Safety Officer

Ensuring all teams are operating within relevant legislations

Providing legal advice where applicable

Managing the internal compliance database

Undertaking any relevant training courses as required

Maintaining staff training records

Educated to degree level, ideally within business management / law

Experience analysing information and presenting results

Strong leadership and management skills

Generalist knowledge of HR, Health & Safety, Facilities Management

Risk and accident management skills

Good knowledge of GDPR

Outstanding communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to make effective decisions
