We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who shares our vision, ambition and values, someone who can provide leadership to the team, develop relationships with our clinicians and partners across the Herefordshire and Worcestershire system and further afield.

We need to further build a culture which enables transformation and service improvement, and which will help us deliver long term clinical excellence underpinned by accountability, ownership and delivery aligned to our Trust-wide signature behaviours:
