Our client, A well-established and reputable Estate agent are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team in Birmingham.
In return, our clients are offering the successful Accounts Administrator:
- £25,000 basic
- 28 days holiday + Bank holidays
Working hours of an Accounts Administrator:
- Monday to Friday 9 am pm
Ideally, to be considered for the Accounts Administrator role you must have the following:
- Experience in Both Accounts and Administration
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work well under pressure
Key tasks of an Accounts Administrator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Working under the Housing Manager
- Dealing with all admin duties
- Dealing with payments to contractors, service charges and clients
- Carrying out banking reconciliation
- Keeping everything organised on file
- Dealing with all Accounts
