Working in excel and on the software Sage, the part-time Accounts Assistant will assist with the processing monthly invoices, managing credits and debits and managing numerous bank accounts completing weekly and monthly reconciliations

Description


This role is to cover a Finance Manager due to take 9 months of maternity leave in Feburary, this role has the potential to be extended and could even turn permanent depending on market conditions.

Reporting into the Finance Director the part-time AccountsAssistant will be responsible for processong invoices and working heavily in excel and SAGE, paying suppliers, managing credits and debits, looking after bank reconiliations, assisting with payroll and looking after VAT returns.

As this is working for a smallcompany the role will also cover some more generic administrative tasks therefore this role is best suited to a team player who isnt precious about getting stuck in


Profile
This role is 4 days per week, 2 days in the office and 2 from home.
