Description

One of the world's most innovative engineering design consultancies is looking for a freelance Marketing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

This award-winning studio is a friendly, supportive and collaborative environment and you will have the chance to work on some exciting projects.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with social media, the development of publications and newsletter
Designing presentations and company brochures
Organising internal and external company events
Assisting with the preparation of award submissions, including writing text and designing presentations
Maintaining internal communication systems, including intranet
Assisting with the preparation of bid documents
Maintain and develop the company slide library including creating slides and updating the existing PowerPoint templates
Maintaining and editing staff CVs and project sheets

Key skills required:

Prior experience in a similar Marketing Assistant role ideally within architecture or the wider built environment
Prior experience of HubSpot, Mailchimp and CMS systems
A creative eye with some experience of graphic design
Good working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Excellent eye for detail
