We currently have a great opportunity for a dedicated Team Leader to support the Complex Care Manager in overseeing a team and supporting a lovely lady in Carlisle who has complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
The specific duties for each Team Leader role will be clearly defined by the Service Manager and will depend upon the needs of the individual client, however they will typically include some or all the following responsibilities:

  • Prepared to oversee a fantastic team, supplying great communication and support
  • Order medication and equipment in alignment with client requirements
  • Role model excellence in your services, embedding Person Centred practice
  • Demonstrate exemplary standards of professional practice and behaviours always demonstrating Bespoke core values
  • Strong people manager and people skills.
  • Have a positive attitude to enhancing people's lives
  • Empathetic to individuals needs & communication difficulties
  • Must be able to stay calm & responsive in potentially stressful situations.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years experience within health and social care
  • Ideally experience of supervising staff
  • Ability to deal with conflicts
  • Ability to deal with behaviours which may challenge
  • An understanding of safeguarding and ability to identify safeguarding issues
