Sales Ledger/Accounts Assistant, £24,000, Ripon
Do you have experience within sales ledger? Would you like to work for a family run business who offer a friendly working environment?
Working in a small team you will be supporting the accountant, processing the daily banking sales receipts, generating sales invoices, setting up new customer accounts and processing the monthly direct debit run.
Key Duties:
- Producing invoices & credit notes
- Daily cashbook reconciliations
- Posting & allocating customer receipts
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Resolving customer queries
- Preparing customer statements
- Processing of selfbilling purchase invoice
- Processing monthly direct debit collection.
- Other general office support
Skills and experience required:
- Preferred AAT Level 2 and
- Good communication skills
- Confident when talking to supplier and customers.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work.
