As a
Collection Network UK Coordinator you will provide administrative support for the UK and International Collection Network based within our Loughton (Essex) office.
What You'll Do
- Complete a range of administration tasks in support of the UK and International teams within the Collection Network
- Scanning of Collection Network documents e.g. personal/training/collection
- Creation of ID badges for UK & International
- Creating of Induction paperwork to support training
- Update of staff files and systems in relation to auditing or training documentation
- Continual monitoring of the performance through complaint investigations and discrepancy reporting.
- Provide monthly and quarterly KPI data
- Cross trained and competent to provide cover for the International Coordinator
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educated to National standards
- Level 2 diploma in business administration or Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration would be highly appreciated
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- IT literate and an intermediate skill in Word, Excel & Outlook
- A selfmotivated individual with a flexible approach to work.
- Previous demonstratable experience in an administration role
