  • Calderdale's Integrated Commissioning, Contracts and Quality Team are pleased to offer an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join them in achieving their vision of improving outcomes for adults in Calderdale.
  • The post holder will contribute to the newly established Multi-Disciplinary Support Team in providing support to Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered adult care providers, to enable them to develop and embed quality improvements. The postholder will work directly with providers modelling good practice for care staff, providing mentoring, upskilling, and supporting interventions to assist provider improvements. Experience of delivering training or continuous professional development opportunities is essential.
  • Applicants must hold either an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or have recent demonstrable experience.
