£33,000 - £37,000/ Annum Negotiable


Location:

Liverpool, L13**My client is a privately owned company based in Liverpool and provides design and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services throughout the northwest.

The company started life back in the 1950's and has developed over recent years to be one of the largest in its sector and this year the turnover is circa £ 50 Million.


It is owned by the shareholders who are hands on within and who have been long standing employee's for many years and fortunate for the succession of the company as Directors retire and new blood is introduced.

There are currently 200 people within the business, all full time and all Plumbers, Fitters and Electricians are directly employed, many of whom have been with the company for many years.


The role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting the Office Manager with any ad-hoc work as and when required
  • Updating the company Contact/Telephone List.
  • Maintain and control a secure Document Register
  • Issue Documents / Drawings from Procurement Manager, Project Manager or Design Co-Ordinator onto
Client Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Portal and update the relevant project document

submittal register

  • Assist in maintaining the Business Management System (BMS) to ISO standards and issue updated
process to staff.

  • Maintain and update company accreditations and PQQ request from Clients.
  • Update and maintain the Company's filing system to coordinate all the office and site administration in line with
the BMS.

  • Prepare and issue site folders for Operational handover before each project
  • Scanning delivery notes from projects onto the rox server
  • Update and log all raw materials including FSC materials of input and output in m3 (volume) onto FSC/C02
Environmental Impact Register.

  • Maintaining the office conditions including annual service of fire, electrical and intruder services.
  • Carry out general administrative duties within the office
  • Be first point of contact for the Company to visitors in the office or answering calls
  • Maintaining all deliveries to offices and outgoing.
  • Maintain the Company's archive system and processes.

Salary:
£33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
