HR Strategic Projects Manager Please note we work in a Hybrid model of 2-3 days per week in the office.

A bit about the role... Working within the People Engagement and Change team, you will play a critical role in delivering people initiatives that positively impacts the colleague experience at Homes England.


You will be joining a small but perfectly formed team; geographically dispersed and connected by our ambitions to affect real change by challenging the norm and introducing new ways of doing things.

Our remit is wide and varied - colleague experience, implantingnew and innovate people interventions/products, talent, organisation performance and strategic workforce planning are some examples of the projects we are involved in.

Collaboration, teamwork and ambition are important to us - we like to achieve things together.

You will support the design and delivery of key strategic people projects as part of a broader transformation programme at Homes England - a great opportunity to balance practical day to day delivery with fresh thinking and innovative solutions and we areon a real journey.


A bit about you Whilst your goals are to deliver successful and people projects across Homes England, you will be used to managing multiple priorities, making sense of ambiguity and have experience of driving colleague experience and embedding new ways of working.


Experience of guiding and collaborating with stakeholders through effective organisational change gained in a strategic business partnering role is essential.

You will be resilient, curious in how you work, challenge the status quo and understand behaviouralchange.

You are used to providing challenge and sharing curiosity through using data driven insight and sound organisational and behavioural understanding.


The key skills, experience and knowledge we're looking:
Broad HR experience gained across a range of HR disciplines.

Expertise in delivery of change within organisational development, talent and culture.

Experience of working within complex and diverse People teams and stakeholders to board level.

An ability to manage multiple, complex, high-level projects and priorities at the same time.

You will be constantly challenged, but truly supported to achieve your goals, both personally and professionally.
