PMO Programme Manager

Derby

£60,000- £75,000 plus package

ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a PMO Programme Manager to work on a permanent basis with a leading client in the Nuclear industry.

What you'll be doing:

You will need to embrace change and bring people with you for the journey.
Escalate the new, novel and disruptive capabilities, competencies and training needed by the project management community.
Be a company project management authority and maintaining that status by continuing professional development and networking with like professionals across the business, within wider industry and within professional bodies.
Able to coach and develop others to become project management specialists.
Proactively improve the supporting processes and performance of project management.

What do you need to succeed?:

Experience using Agile Project management tools and methodologies.
Qualified to degree level in Project/Programme Management or equivalent
Proven ability to lead and train all levels in Project/Programme Management competencies
Proven people and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation
Proven experience of the delivery to cost, specification and time of packages of work or projects
